Can I help you? Introducing the new chatbot feature
As part of our ongoing commitment to improving the candidate and client experience we have recently launched LiveChat functionality in Pass.
This instant messenger service (or ChatBot) allows screeners (Pass users) to communicate directly with candidates when they are both online. It means screeners can answer questions directly from candidates while the candidates are filling in their details.
Candidate queries can be answered immediately in the system, speeding up the process and improving the experience.
It will also allow users to handle multiple queries at once and reduces the need for multiple phone calls or email exchanges.
Pass users can access the chatbot via the LiveChat dashboard in Pass. Candidates get a pop-up prompt when they log into their application. From there, it is a simple case of typing their question into the box should they have any questions about what they have to do.
