The future’s looking bright for PASS Technology
Just some of the awesome stuff that’s happening
There’s excitement in the air at PASS HQ, and it’s not just because Christmas is around the corner.
With new joiners, new products and a host of thrilling opportunities on the horizon, there is so much to be excited about.
And we want to let you, our clients, know about it all.
Financially strong with bucket loads of potential
First things first, from a financial perspective the PASS business is going from strength to strength, with committed shareholders and strong institutional interest.
Luke Battah, CEO, said: “We are discussing a variety of options, including significant institutional interest. While we haven’t made an official announcement, we will be doing so in the coming weeks.
“Our shareholders are fully committed to PASS, our vision and what we are trying to achieve. Because of this, we don’t have to rush into decisions and can make sure that the direction we go in is for the benefit of the business, our clients and their customers."

Introducing our new Chief Technology Officer
The second piece of news is that we are delighted to announce the appointment of Gareth Downing as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Gareth comes to us with a track record of innovation and acceleration across a variety of verticals.
I'm excited to be joining PASS. They already have a great solution but the market is prime for disruption and they're best placed to achieve this. The team are smart and passionate so I'm keen to help ensure we produce innovative and robust solutions that simplify work and make our customers even more successful.
Gareth will formally be starting in December, although he is started to get involved already, and we will bring you more from him when he is fully on board.
As part of the change, Grahame Weir has moved from CTO and will become our first Chief Innovation Officer.
Over the summer Luke and members of the executive team spent time in Australia, South East Asia and the Middle East, investigating opportunities and preparing the way for expansion into the region.
Part of the PASS dream is to be able to background check across borders – making life easier for clients and candidates everywhere. The conversations were extremely positive and our plans remain on track.
We’ll bring you more on this, including how those pans could benefit you, as we get it.
