PDC workbenches – new functionality to the PASS system
At PASS technology we are committed to optimising our product and continuing to improve the ways we can support our clients.
With this in mind in our latest release we made some changes to our workbenches. The new capabilities allow PDC users to hide selected workbench columns, rearrange the order of shown workbench columns and reset to back to a default set up.
What follows is a breakdown guide of how to use the new functionality.
Hide and show columns
When you click on ‘Configure Applicant Workbench Columns’ to load the ‘Workbench Configuration’ popup the workbench columns are now tiles. Users are now able to move these around. Simply click, hold, and drag, from ‘Visible Columns’ to ‘Hidden Columns’.
Alternatively, you can click on the tiles in the Visible Column and then click ‘Hide’. Once you have completed your configuration, simply click ‘OK’, and you will be returned to the workbench. You can hide columns in the same method, except you select ‘Hide’.
You can now rearrange the order of the visible columns to better suit your configuration and day-to-day activity.
Click, hold and drag any of the ‘Visible Columns’ then move the tiles up or down and release the tile in the desired place. Alternatively, you can click on a ‘Visible Column’ and you can move it up or down using the arrow buttons.
When you have finished with the arrangement, click ‘OK’.
You will now see your configuration reflected on the workbench.
Reset back to default columns
After configuring your workbenches it is always possible to reset back to the default configuration, should you wish to.
To do this, click the ‘RESET’ button. This will make all the columns visible by default.
