Head of Sales joins the team - onwards and upwards for PASS
PASS continues to build and strengthen its team with the addition of an experienced and talented Head of Sales.
Rob Smith joins us from tech start-up Xref, where he managed the UK/EMEA operation, driving sales and strengthening client relationships.
Rob said: “I have joined PASS because I can see the potential of the business and was ready for the step up into a global role.
“I am looking forward to helping PASS become the brand that dominates the market."

Before his time at Xref, Rob worked in recruitment for six years and knows the industry exceptionally well. Rob will be responsible for new business and how we manage our existing clients.
On his role, Rob said: “I am looking forward to driving new business sales and being part of the PASS journey as it grows from where it is today.”
