Coming soon - what to look out for in 2019!
In addition to the new capabilities featured in version 18.2 (read this for more info) we thought it would be useful to talk about some of the exciting things we have planned in the coming months.
A community for you
We are building a new user community to help support our customers deliver brilliant vetting experiences.
The user community will be hosted on a brand-new website and will include all sorts of features designed to make your life easier.
Top of the list will be a service ticket capability where you can raise tickets, track progress and escalate as needed.
Second to service support will be an area jam-packed full of online help and up-to-date product guides including frequently updated FAQs. This is designed to help you find the answer to your questions more quickly and effectively.
While support and problem solving is a major reason for creating the community, we also want to use it to keep you up to date with industry trends and PASS updates. With this in mind, it will include a section for business news and interesting blogs and articles.
It’s all in development at the moment but work is progressing well and we’re looking forward to being able to bring you more updates, including timescales, in future newsletters.
Chat bot and AI
Following the launch of the Chat Bot we have started phase two, which is to start implementing AI and machine learning. This is the intention for the chat bot to be able to recognise similar and often repeated queries and provide pre-set answers automatically.
Obviously, this requires a fair amount of data and usage to get going but we hope you agree this will be a great development as it will lessen the level of manual monitoring required – freeing up your time to spend elsewhere.
The above two initiatives are just two examples of some of the exciting and hugely beneficial improvements we have planned for PASS in 2019.
